• Violating the terms of service of the monitored websites
• Any illegal activities or activities that violate applicable laws

If we receive reports that our monitoring services are being used for abusive purposes, we reserve the right to terminate your monitoring configurations without notice and disable your account entirely. You are solely responsible for any actions taken using our monitoring services, and we will not be held liable for any damages that may result from such actions.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for purposes that are legal, proper, and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable policies or guidelines. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using our services, you will not:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Use our services to engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Use our services to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any other items of a destructive nature
